• IMS: Using learning teams and an Integrated Management System approach to simplify and improve operational deployment and assurance with Quality, Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Integrated Facilities Management systems.

• SIMPLIFY: Simplifying digital transformations to improve operational insights, compliance and controls by embedding operational use of digital forms/audits and managing complex integrated FM control of contractor permit to work systems.

• DIGITISE: Working in partnership with operational teams to embed transformation to digital operational processes using IOT remote monitoring / intelligence systems such as Checkit and Logicall LoRA based operations guidance and monitoring systems.

• ENHANCE: Leading collaborative/inclusive learning teams to improve business performance transformation and compliance enhancements by embedding use of digital platforms such as Salesforce and ECAT to deliver operational improvements and efficiencies.

Bill liaises closely with statutory authorities, clients, and other stakeholders. He is a self-motivated experienced professional who is qualified with a PhD in Chemical Engineering, an Executive MBA from Henley Business School and holds fellow status with the IChemE and IIRSM. Bill is proficient at facilitating and enabling C-suite decision making by using excellent communication skills practiced at all levels of an organisation as well as first class problem solving analytical and change management expertise.
